Yes you can! If you would rather visit us in store please see our contact us page for our address, we have most of our online products in store and you may be able to try before you buy, we also have a beauty therapist and pharmacist on site who will be able to assist you. We do try to keep all of our products on site, however you may want to call ahead and check the availability of the product you require.    

We can deliver outside of the UK, please email us at info@madesil.com, stating the item you wish to purchase and where you would like it sent to, we can check with our couriers and give you an accurate quote for the postage based on your location.

If you cannot find a particular product on our website please do not hesitate to call or email us. We have a huge product list that is always expanding and does not instantly get updated onto the website, also we made be able to order a product especially for you at no extra cost!

If you are not happy with the product or service you have received we are always happy to hear about it. We deal with complaints very seriously and aim to deal with any complaints within 48 hours, please email us at complaints@madesil.com, with a brief description of your complaint and your contact details and our complaints manager with respond as soon as possible.

Here at MadesilPharmacie we have a qualified beauty therapist and pharmacist on site, so if you require any advice on a particular product or condition do get in touch and one of our specialists will be able to help you.

There is a problem with my item, what can I do about it?

If you have received the wrong item, it has been damaged in transit or there is any other problem with your order please email us at info@madesil.com with a brief description of the problem, we aim to reply within 48 hours and will resolve any issues.
